    Can I change a word on the card, or ask for an edit on the copy?

    Yes all the copies on our cards are editable to a extent. Simple changes like change a word from I to We, or changing the celebration or greeting - ie from Happy Birthday to Happy Anniversary are very reasonable.

    We ask that you provide the exact change you would like. Also changes are subject to the space requirements on the front of the card.

    Can I change the image on the card?

    This is a little more complex. We can make small changes to the images on the cards like changing a color, or removing a little bit of an image and substituting another if it's reasonable.

    Some considerations:

    It's better if you have an exact image ready to provide us.

    It can take longer to ship out when image editing is required.

    There may be an extra charge depending on the change required.

    Shipping - Overview

    All our orders come with free USPS/Canada Post NON TRACKED LETTERMAIL. We try to ship the card the next day from order date. Magnets take a little longer. Shipping times can really vary with this service but is overall reliable, affordable and fast for a free shipping service included with our price.

    We do offer upgrades that can help provide some peace of mind:

    Hard Cardboard mailer: Order is shipped in a cardboard mailer to provide extra safety from damage during shipment.

    First Class Tracked: Order is shipped in tracked first class package and a cardboard mailer.

    Priority Shipment: Order shipped through first class in cardboard mailer and puts your order to the front of the queue to ship.

    Do You Offer A Satisfaction Guarantee?

    There are many reasons an online purchase experience may differ from an in person experience. We aim to alleviate most of these concerns by having a GOOD FAITH refund/replacement policy.

    If you are not happy with the product in ANYWAY, please let us know and we will provide a refund or replacement.
